The Grove Reserve

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

A calm, nurse-led wellbeing membership for adults living with PoTS and other chronic illnesses. We help you make sense of your symptoms, prepare for the appointments that matter, and look after yourself along the way. The kind of help so many people wish they’d had at the start.

Education and wellbeing support, not diagnosis or treatment. Diagnosis, tests and any medicine come from your GP or specialist. We walk alongside your medical team; we never replace it.

Breathe with the light: in as it grows, out as it fades.

The roots

Founded on lived experience.

The Grove Reserve was created by a registered nurse who also lives with PoTS and dysautonomia. The support here comes from professional knowledge and from knowing, first-hand, how long, confusing and isolating the road to answers can be.

We keep that story brief online. If you join us for a support session, you’re always welcome to ask where our understanding comes from. We’d rather show you than tell you.

A quieter place, kept back for the days when everything feels like too much.
Why we call it the Reserve
How we walk alongside you

Four ways we help.

Our support is educational and wellbeing-focused. We don’t diagnose, run diagnostic tests, or prescribe or supply medicines. We help with the things that make the medical journey less overwhelming.

i.

Understanding

Plain-English guidance to help you make sense of your symptoms and what might be going on.

ii.

Navigation

Help preparing for GP and specialist appointments, and asking clearly for the care you need.

iii.

Wellbeing

Gentle lifestyle and self-care support, so you can live as well as possible while you wait.

iv.

Signposting

Connections to trusted charities, resources and PoTS-aware professionals.

About our wellbeing sessions: face-to-face at our Rainham clinic or online, these are supportive, educational conversations. We help you understand your own readings, prepare for appointments and care for yourself. They are not a medical assessment, a diagnostic test or a diagnosis.

Companion is a twelve-month membership: £15 a month, or £165 paid up front. You can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund. After that, Companion runs for the full twelve months, then continues on the same plan until you choose to cancel. Your initial wellbeing consultation includes a £10 credit towards an eligible Amber Grove treatment, and if you move from Compass to Companion within 45 days, your £39 is credited too. Prescription-only treatments are never discounted or credited; they always follow an individual consultation. Membership provides education and wellbeing support only and is not a substitute for NHS or private medical care.

Community

Because chronic illness can be lonely.

Living with PoTS often means cancelled plans, friends who don’t quite understand, and a great deal of time spent advocating for yourself. We’re growing a kind, understanding community, so you have people around you who simply get it.

Community socials are free to every member, and we hope to host in-person meet-ups and workshops as the group grows. If that’s something you’d value, we’d love to hear from you.

Questions, gently answered.

No. Many members join while they’re still looking for answers. Our tools help you record what’s happening clearly so you can take it to your GP, who is the right person to assess and diagnose.
No. It’s an education and wellbeing membership, led by a registered nurse working within NMC standards. We don’t diagnose, run diagnostic tests, or prescribe or supply medicines. We help you understand, prepare and look after yourself alongside your GP and specialists.
Either. Sessions can be face-to-face at our clinic at 212 Station Road, Rainham, Kent, or online, so you can choose whatever is kindest to your energy that day.
PoTS is where our tools are most detailed, but the support around appointments, self-care and community is open to any adult living with a chronic illness, including those with overlapping conditions such as Long COVID, ME/CFS or hypermobility.
When you join Compass or Companion, we send you the link and your members’ password. Compass hub access is yours to keep, so you can come back to the tools whenever you need them.
When you’re ready

There’s room for you here.

Start with the free community, or step straight into the tools. Either way, you’ll be met with patience.
