Before you join

Is there a minimum contract length?

The Grove Sanctuary runs on a monthly membership basis — there is no long-term contract. We ask for a minimum of 3 months to give your skin the consistency it needs to see meaningful results, and to get the most from the welcome gift included with joining. After that, you can pause or cancel with advance notice. We’d always encourage you to stay for the full year to experience the cumulative benefits, but we don’t believe in locking people in.
Can I change tier after joining?

Yes — you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time, and we’ll handle the transition smoothly. We ask for 30 days’ notice for downgrades to allow treatment scheduling to adjust. Many members join at Nurture and upgrade to Flourish or Bloom once they’ve experienced the results. We’ll never pressure you to upgrade — it should happen naturally when you’re ready.
What if I can’t make an appointment one month?

Life happens — we understand completely. Membership treatments can be rescheduled with appropriate notice; we ask for at least 48 hours where possible. Treatments cannot be rolled over indefinitely, but we’re always flexible and human about rescheduling. If you’re going through a period where you genuinely can’t attend, please speak to us — we’ll always try to find a solution that works rather than lose a treatment entirely.
Is the Glow List different from The Grove Sanctuary?

Yes — the Glow List is our free newsletter community, open to anyone who wants to receive skincare tips, early access to promotions, and clinic news. The Grove Sanctuary is a paid membership programme with structured treatments, clinical benefits, and exclusive savings built in. We’d encourage everyone to join the Glow List regardless of whether they become a Sanctuary member — it’s completely free and a lovely way to stay connected with the clinic.

If you’re new to regular aesthetic treatments or simply want to establish a consistent skin health routine, Nurture is a wonderful starting point. If you have specific concerns you want to address clinically — acne, ageing, texture, pigmentation — Flourish is our most popular recommendation, as the microneedling component makes a significant difference over time.
